Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Durham, NC is seeking a Director of Estate Gifts Compliance to lead the administration and oversight of estate gifts and ensure compliance across the program. The role partners with internal teams, outside counsel, and financial advisors to structure, document, and manage estate gifts, and to drive continuous improvement in due diligence and administration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of trust administration, planned giving or gift administration experience.
• Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and donor-advised funds.
• Ability to interface with trusts and estates attorneys and financial advisors to support gifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and oversight of estate gifts and ensure compliance for Fidelity Charitable.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, outside counsel, and financial advisors to structure, document, and manage estate gifts.
• Drive due diligence, administration, and continuous process improvements while mitigating risk.
