Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director in Retirement Services to lead our ERISA Consulting Team. In this role, you will apply retirement plan and leadership expertise to guide multiple teams, ensuring efficient operations and a productive working environment for employees.

You will develop strategic goals, interpret IRS/ERISA regulations, mentor leaders, and drive performance and succession across the organization. Some travel and strong collaboration with internal and client teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years related experience.
• 5+ years people leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel 5-10% annually.
• Strong knowledge of IRS guidelines, ERISA, and DOL regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate strategic goals.
• Provide leadership on ERISA/IRS law and regulations.
• Interpret and communicate new regulations to clients and internal teams.
• Manage production of IRS pre-approved plan documents.
• Lead and mentor team members; drive performance and succession planning.
• Budgetary responsibility and hiring decisions for the department.
