What if you could build the talent pipeline that powers a cleaner, smarter future? McKinstry is searching for a Director, Enterprise Workforce Development - a builder's role for someone who sees workforce development not as a support function, but as a strategic advantage.
In this role, you'll create the strategies, programs, academies, and partnerships that develop the workforce McKinstry needs today - and in the future. That means translating real business demand into real-world training environments, from the McKinstry Academy to future regional academies and schools. Instead of relying on the external labor market, you'll build the talent supply from the ground up, working hand-in-hand with operations, education providers, labor partners, and community organizations.

The pay range for this position is $147,300 - $222,500 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
