Collin College seeks a strategic leader to oversee enterprise applications, ERP and related technology services. You will guide teams, governance, roadmaps, and vendor partnerships to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable systems supporting teaching, learning, and operations.
You will collaborate with Technology Services, campus departments, and partners to drive modernization, implementation, and continuous improvement across enterprise platforms such as Workday and SIS/CRM ecosystems.
Primary Location: 4800 Preston Park Boulevard, Plano, Texas, 75093 We are searching for candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience and are able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
Provide leadership and operational oversight for the college's enterprise applications and related technology services. Lead the teams, processes, and partnerships that support the implementation, optimization, governance, and ongoing success of enterprise technology solutions. Partners closely with Technology Services leadership, functional departments, project teams, and vendors to ensure enterprise applications effectively support institutional priorities, business operations, and strategic objectives. This role is responsible for application delivery, support, governance, continuous improvement, and technology-enabled business transformation.
Knowledge of enterprise applications, ERP platforms, systems integration, software development, and application lifecycle management. Knowledge of technology governance, service delivery, project management, and business process improvement practices. Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships across technical and functional teams. Ability to align technology solutions with organizational objectives. Ability to evaluate business needs and recommend effective technology solutions. Strong vendor management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation is determined based on experience.
