Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Director of Social Engagement & Community Management to lead enterprise community strategy, governance, and measurement. This role reports to the Managing Director, Social Media & Influencer Marketing and will guide teams across community managers, care specialists, moderators, and analysts.

Hybrid work in Bloomfield, St. Louis, or New York with responsibility for policy, risk, and cross‑functional partnerships to protect and elevate the brand in a regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree required or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.
• 7+ years in social media, community management, digital engagement, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years in direct people leadership within large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the enterprise community management and social engagement strategy.
• Define operating model connecting community with brand storytelling and influencer marketing.
• Lead governance, playbooks, SLAs, and risk management for community programs.
• Oversee budget, tools, and agency/vendor relationships; ensure ROI.
