The Opportunity

Adobe’s Digital Experience suite is one of Adobe's fastest-growing businesses and the Director of Adobe SLG Sales will lead sales and key strategy for Adobe’s State and Local Government business in the Americas. This leader is a mentor as well as a coach and is a true evangelist for the needs of the business.

What you'll Do

  • Drive revenue for Adobe Digital Experience business in SLG Government accounts

  • Deliver performance against goals consistently and predictably

  • Lead the team with passion and discipline

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners

  • Track, monitor, and accurately forecast business across the territory

  • Improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned accounts

  • Work successfully in a team environment, collaborating closely with all other organizations within Adobe including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Support, etc.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $310,900 -- $502,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
