We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, particularly in CAD, IoT, PLM, and ALM solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for key accounts.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the field.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  6. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed.
  8. Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
  9. English fluency.
