Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, architecture, and technology delivery.
• 10+ years leading software engineering organizations and large-scale technology initiatives.
• Proven experience guiding teams through the complete engineering lifecycle: discovery, solution engineering, architecture, delivery, production readiness, continuous improvement.
• Strong expertise in application architecture, distributed systems, APIs, integration patterns and enterprise platforms.
• Ability to translate business objectives into engineering solutions and understand complex domains.
• Experience designing resilient, scalable, secure systems with executive communication skills.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect business outcomes to technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams responsible for Enterprise Stability and Resilience Engineering capabilities.
• Establish engineering standards, frameworks, patterns, and reusable capabilities for resiliency and reliability across customer-facing platforms.
