Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Director - Enterprise Partner Support to provide strategic leadership for the Partner Support function within the Digital Partner Experience organization. The role ensures partners have the support, processes, and escalation paths needed to leverage enterprise capabilities and drive adoption.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business operations, partner support, shared services, service delivery, information technology, process improvement, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience leading multi-functional teams in support operations, business enablement, shared services, technology support, or related functions.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience communicating business and technical issues/solutions to all levels of management.
  • Experience designing and leading enterprise support operating models, intake/triage processes, service metrics, knowledge management, or shared service capabilities.
  • Experience leading adoption, operational readiness, training/communication coordination, or sustainment activities for enterprise business capabilities.
  • Experience building partnerships and influencing decisions across senior business, field, and technology leaders in a complex environment.
  • Experience with SAP or other enterprise business platforms preferred.

  • Establish and monitor service metrics, performance standards, and reporting to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Identify support trends, operational risks, and process improvement opportunities to improve business outcomes and reduce support demand.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team through coaching, talent development, workforce planning, and performance leadership.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Director - Enterprise Partner Support to provide strategic leadership for the Partner Support function within the Digital Partner Experience organization. This role is responsible for ensuring partners have the support, processes, knowledge, operational services, and escalation pathways needed to effectively leverage enterprise business capabilities. Skills/Qualifications

Required:
