Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Director, Enterprise Network Deployment & Automation to own global deployment of NVIDIA’s enterprise network across offices, data centers, CM facilities, the global backbone, SD-WAN, campus, and edge. Lead capacity planning, automation, and Day 2 change management at scale with a focus on repeatable playbooks and strong governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent).
13+ years of experience in network engineering, deployment, or infrastructure operations.
6+ years of leadership experience managing distributed technical teams.
Experience building or deploying network automation/AI-driven tooling at scale.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end network deployment across offices, data centers, and facilities.
Lead capacity planning and rollout coordinating with Real Estate, Facilities, and Data Center Engineering.
Drive agentic AI and automation to reduce manual toil in deployment and changes.
Establish standardized deployment methodologies and repeatable playbooks.
Define deployment SLAs and observability for the pipeline and Day 2 changes.
