A leading healthcare organization in the United States is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to oversee data assets, lead teams, and ensure that products meet user needs. JOB SUMMARY: This role is accountable for managing a portfolio of data assets within the Enterprise Data and Analytics organization. The incumbent will lead and manage teams through their development lifecycle and will operate in alignment with the Living Health strategy, customer needs, and market trends. The incumbent will work closely with our Product Management organization and collaborate on the creation of roadmaps and will ensure that product owners are delivering features and capabilities as defined by the roadmaps.
The incumbent will be accountable for ensuring that data assets are usable, useful, and used. In doing so, they will ensure that their portfolios include features that support a positive user experience.

Physical, Mental Demands and Working Conditions: Office-based environment with regular teaching or training duties. Travel from the office to various work sites as needed. Physical requirements may include lifting up to 10 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Pay Range Minimum: $126,400.00
Pay Range Maximum: $236,000.00
Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
