Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in systems integration or plant engineering.
• Experience leading integration efforts across multiple engineering disciplines in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication to translate complex strategy to executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to meet export control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for performance of Plant Integration, Plant Support Systems, Physical Plant Integration, and Systems Engineering.
• Set strategic direction for integrating new hardware and software across disciplines; establish enterprise-wide standards.
• Partner with executive leadership to define enterprise integration requirements and approve organization-wide solutions.
• Direct analysis of existing systems and approve integration strategies, improvements, or replacements.
• Establish governance for technical documentation and interoperability standards.
• Oversee development of integration processes, data flows, and interface troubleshooting.
• Approve integration testing and validation strategies for enterprise-wide interoperability.
• Serve as primary technical authority for integration matters with senior leadership, regulators, and partners.
• Monitor and optimize system performance ensuring NRC readiness and compliance.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and resource planning across all disciplines; mentor leads.
• Represent integration disciplines in project gating and risk assessments.
• Maintain professional demeanor in all communications.
