• Knowledge of fraud governance frameworks and enterprise risk management principles.
• Experience leading governance, anti-fraud and/or AML activities within securities or banking.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into governance expectations and actions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the evolution of the enterprise fraud governance strategy and framework.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level fraud policies, standards, and governance processes.
• Oversee risk assessments, KRIs/KPIs, and executive-level reporting for fraud risk.
• Coordinate regulatory responses, audits, and independent reviews related to fraud risk.
• Lead governance committees and communications with senior leadership on material fraud risks.
• Manage and develop the Fraud Governance team and drive strategic initiatives.
