Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements (CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA).
• Advanced knowledge of emergency management practices including HVA, EOP, and incident management.
• Experience designing and evaluating exercises and continuity plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the enterprise Emergency Management Program across the health system.
• Lead a team of emergency management professionals supporting preparedness, response and recovery.
• Develop and operationalize the Emergency Operations Plan and annexes.
• Coordinate incident command readiness and training for staff.
• Manage the program budget and partner with IT, facilities, and clinical leaders.
