Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of progressive consulting project management experience.
• Experience in functional or technical roles in ERP implementations is a plus.
• Independent thinking with problem solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans.
• High organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to take hands-on approach to managing client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 10-15 business transformation projects or multiple engagements.
• Lead implementation services and consulting for assigned clients.
• Scope, estimate, and review contracts for projects.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and infrastructure to deliver client value.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders of Fortune 1000 companies.
• Manage project resources including PMs, architects, and consultants.
• Manage issues/risks and client expectations; escalate as needed.
• Help build playbooks and benchmarks from completed projects.
• Understand business processes and system architecture; conduct CXO discussions.
