The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analytics, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong skills in data visualization and advanced modeling techniques.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics for decision support.
• Experience supporting government contracting or manufacturing is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the BI&A function across divisions.
• Lead and mentor teams while fostering a culture of improvement.
• Partner with leadership to understand and deliver analytics solutions.
• Oversee predictive model design and data frameworks for various business needs.
