Bloom Energy seeks a Director, Energy Transition Champion to lead technical advisory for de-carbonization strategies, supporting the Bloom sales team to shape opportunities and bids. This on-site role reports to the Senior Director and is based in Houston, TX or San Jose, CA.

The incumbent will drive VoC/VoM insights, collaborate with consultants and EPCs, and articulate the value proposition of Bloom solutions to customers and investors. Travel will be frequent.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing people.
• Ability to articulate value propositions to customers and investors.
• Background in energy-related technology and solutions.
• Experience with economic lifecycle modeling and energy markets.

Responsabilités

• Proactively promote Bloom technologies in early project phases with key partners and customers.
• Provide technical expertise to Sales and Commercial teams for product applications.
• Estimate Bloom and competitive equipment performance during bids.
• Collect VoC/VoM data to support new product introductions.
• Influence customers on the full economic value of Bloom solutions.
• Understand energy market structures, pricing mechanisms, and policy impacts.
• Create region- and segment-specific collateral to demonstrate value.
