Job summary

InfraRed Capital Partners, a leading international asset manager, seeks a Director to lead the financial and portfolio management of the InfraRed Energy Transition Fund (IRETF). You will manage day-to-day fund operations, reporting, valuation, treasury, and investor communications.

The role requires deep experience in fund finance, valuations, liquidity, and governance, with a proven ability to coordinate with global teams and senior investors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fund/Financial Controller, Valuations or fund finance roles.
• Degree qualified; CFA/CPA/ACA/MBA a plus.
• Strong infra/energy transition fund management experience with financial, risk and commercial awareness.
• Proficient in valuations, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and private fund reporting; experience with complex transactions and structuring.
• Understanding of the US regulatory environment for open-ended funds; governance and compliance expectations.
• Advanced project management skills with ability to multi-task and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to engage with multi-disciplinary teams and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fund management for IRETF, including reporting, valuation, treasury and liquidity management.
• Coordinate investor communications and quarterly reports, and support fundraising materials.
• Lead and implement best practices around investment valuation; coordinate with advisers and auditors.
• Support transactions with structuring, acquisitions, refinancings and exits; assist with new vehicles where needed.
• Liaise with NYC and London finance teams; ensure governance and compliance.
