Alliance College-Ready Public Schools is seeking a Director of Employee Relations to lead staff relations, ensure policy compliance, and partner with leaders to build trust and equity across the network. The role focuses on investigations, performance management, and policy updates in a hybrid Los Angeles setting.

The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal and consulting skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to drive culture change across multiple campuses.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• 4+ years of progressive professional work experience in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead employee relations processes including performance management, consultation, complaint resolution, and compliance.
• Audit existing processes and workflows; refine to reflect new policies and laws.
• Maintain employee relations tracking systems; collect and analyze data; prepare reports.
• Conduct fair and impartial investigations; respond to staff complaints.
