Accounting Search seeks a Director of Emergency Services (RN) in Lake Havasu City, AZ to lead the ED with strategic and operational oversight. You will drive staffing, budget management, regulatory compliance, and vendor relations while fostering a collaborative team culture focused on exceptional patient care.

The role requires an Arizona RN license (or Compact) and BSN, with BCLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications.

• Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement.
• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care.
• Proven leadership experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Master’s degree in nursing or a relevant field is preferred.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to lead our Emergency Services team as the Director. The Director will be responsible for strategic planning, operational management, and leading a team of skilled healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
