Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Emergency Services (RN) in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

This full-time, dayshift leadership role directs ED operations, drives clinical excellence, and leads a team to deliver safe, compassionate patient care. The ideal candidate holds a BSN, valid Arizona RN license (or Compact with AZ endorsement), and preferred Master’s degree, with ED leadership experience and current BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care certifications.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license (or Compact with AZ endorsement)
• BSN from accredited nursing program required
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for Emergency Department operations.
• Lead staff engagement, performance management, scheduling, recruitment, development, and conflict resolution.
• Build a culture that promotes professional growth, accountability, collaboration, and exceptional patient care.
• Monitor departmental budgets, contracts, vendors, equipment, supplies, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
• Support evidence-based practices and integrate them into clinical protocols and department operations.
• Partner with physicians, nursing leadership, and hospital stakeholders to continuously improve ED performance.
• Oversee student engagement and educational opportunities within the department.

Lead Emergency Services. Drive Clinical Excellence.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services (RN) to provide strategic and operational leadership for a hospital Emergency Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ED nursing leader who is passionate about patient care, team development, clinical excellence, and operational performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN license with Arizona endorsement.
• BSN from an accredited nursing program required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
• Current BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care certifications.
• Proven Emergency Department nursing experience required.
• Previous Emergency Department leadership/management experience required.
