As a senior leader, you will foster accountability, collaboration, and staff development while ensuring compliant operations and high-quality patient care across emergency services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of applicable experience required.
• 5+ years of applicable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a superior clinical identity and patient safety.
• Ensures adherence to standards of care.
• Manages staff to optimize patient flow and throughput.
• Develops policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
• Leads initiatives to enhance patient experience and service.
