Responsibilities

• Develops departmental goals, standards and objectives aligned with organizational strategy.
• Oversees quality of patient care and coordinates services with patients, staff, physicians and other departments.
• Directs special projects and business analyses.
• Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.

Education

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years leadership/management OR Associate's/Bachelor's with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years leadership/management
