We seek a strategic leader to head the Epilepsy and Movement Disorders (EMD) Learning Team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful training solutions that enhance our customer-facing teams' capabilities. This role involves shaping training strategies, collaborating across departments, and leading a high-performance team.

Essential Functions

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team in the EMD space.
• Design and implement training programs for strategic account planning, data analytics, and CRM tools.
• Foster a culture of continuous growth, accountability, and innovation.
• Manage resources and timelines for training initiatives.
• Develop training for cross-functional roles to improve collaboration and customer experience.
• Lead needs analysis, design, and implementation of adult learning-based training strategies.
• Deliver onboarding and skill-building programs for EMD teams.
• Educate sales teams on market access, reimbursement, and payer challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate market insights into training curricula.
• Monitor and improve training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and represent the learning team in leadership forums.

Required Experience

• BA/BS in Science, Education, Business, or Marketing.
• 5+ years in relevant training roles within sales, market access, or reimbursement sectors.
• 2+ years of people management experience.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years in managed markets and reimbursement.
• Experience in regulated and matrixed environments.
• Deep expertise in EMD therapeutics and market access strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic alignment capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and project management skills.
• Deep knowledge of EMD areas and instructional design.
• Proficiency in LMS, virtual training tools, and MS Office.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Travel 20-30% between offices and sites.
• Use of office equipment and occasional after-hours work.
