ABOUT THE COMPANY

A leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance electronic power conversion products, specializing in high-voltage power supplies for various industries, including medical, industrial, and scientific applications.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking an experienced engineering leader in embedded systems, specializing in power electronics, power management, and digital controls. This role involves leading a team to develop, test, and document firmware and software for high-voltage power supplies. Requires collaboration with global teams, supporting business development, and strong leadership in RTOS and bare-metal firmware.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead embedded systems development for high-voltage power supplies.
  2. Manage firmware/software design, implementation, and testing.
  3. Oversee technical documentation and compliance with standards.
  4. Collaborate with global engineering, sales, and business teams.
  5. Drive innovation in embedded systems, including DSPs, MCUs, and FPGAs.
  6. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and team development.
  7. Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
  2. 15+ years of experience in power conversion and management.
  3. Expertise in high-voltage power conversion technology.
  4. Strong background in power electronics, analogue circuit design, and firmware development.
  5. Experience in leading an engineering team in a global organization.
  6. Excellent leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.
  7. Willingness to travel (approximately 10%)
