Qualifications

• 10+ years of embedded software development with leadership experience.
• Extensive experience with medical devices and safety-critical systems.
• Proficient in IEC 62304 and medical device regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical strategy for embedded software projects.
• Provide hands-on guidance and architectural oversight for complex projects.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and cybersecurity plans.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle for multiple client projects.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers.
