AMBA is seeking a talented Director of Email Marketing to join our growing Marketing Team. We need a detail-oriented leader with expertise in Email Marketing who thrives in an agile, collaborative environment.

The Director of Email Channel Management will steer revenue-generating campaigns and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, lead a team of marketers, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive engagement and growth, while ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a director or equivalent leadership role.
• 2-3 years of experience in email channel management.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.
• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in email platforms and software applications.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Ability to align email strategies with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies.
• Oversee design, setup, and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a team of email marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with content, design and growth marketing teams.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Present results and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Manage multiple client campaigns with deadlines.
