Responsibilities

Location Preference: Ideally in Denver, CO, but CA considered. The Director collaborates with Eligibility RNs, Business Development, and Enrollment teams to determine eligibility for the InnovAge PACE Program. Physical presence at an InnovAge facility or participant home is essential.

Essential Functions and Work Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Business Development and Enrollment to assess prospective PACE participants against guidelines.
  • Oversee home visits and clinic appointments for eligibility assessments.
  • Manage completion of eligibility assessments and documentation for state enrollment.
  • Collaborate with sales, enrollment, and state departments on eligibility decisions.
  • Support business development and outreach efforts.
  • Participate in peer reviews and provide medical/nursing consultation.
  • Maintain expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and PACE regulations.
  • Contribute to the implementation of PACE philosophy and goals.
  • Resolve complex business issues using analytical judgment.
  • Apply industry standards to drive performance.
Supervision
  • Lead subordinate managers, supervise staff, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Promote team morale and effective communication.
Travel Requirements
  • Travel required, including overnight out-of-state travel.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Associates degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Current RN license in the working state.
  • First Aid and BLS certifications prior to hire.

Work Experience:

  • 10+ years healthcare experience, with emphasis on geriatrics.
  • 3+ years working with the frail or elderly.

$136,400 - $177,400
