Job summary
A family-owned beverage industry leader is seeking a Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety in Shakopee, MN. The role involves developing and leading the EHS strategies, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and fostering a culture of safety. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in EHS leadership and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. This position offers a competitive salary of $150k - $180k, along with a variety of benefits including medical coverage, bonuses, and retirement contributions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading successful EHS organizations.
- Advanced knowledge of federal, state, local, and international safety laws.
- Experience with management systems such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall EHS strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
