Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the Education and Law Project's strategy, operations, and performance.
• Supervise attorneys and project staff; mentor and develop talent.
• Provide legal leadership through litigation, analysis, and advocacy on education law issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to advance educational equity via courts, policy, and community engagement.
• Build relationships with clients, educators, advocates, policymakers, and partners.
• Manage project budgets, grants, contracts, and reporting requirements.
• Identify funding opportunities and coordinate with development staff on proposals.
• Serve on the Justice Center's Coordinating Council and contribute to organizational leadership.
• Represent the Center before courts, agencies, legislative bodies, and public forums.
