Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Business Systems & Integrations in Los Angeles, CA to own the strategy and health of the technology ecosystem powering our direct-to-consumer operations, connecting Shopify, NetSuite, Celigo and 3PLs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define the long-term roadmap, and ensure scalable integrations that improve order, inventory, and fulfillment workflows in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified in education requirements.
• Experience leading enterprise tech implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of order management, inventory, fulfillment, and ERP workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management ecosystem across Shopify, Celigo, NetSuite, and 3PLs.
• Develop and maintain a living document of system integrations and policies.
• Lead cross-functional systems integrations projects and improvements.
