Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Business Systems & Integrations to own strategy and optimization of the technology stack powering its DTC operations.

This leader will oversee cross-functional integrations across Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PLs, aligning systems to enable efficient order, inventory, fulfillment, and financial workflows. The role requires deep technical knowledge, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record of solving complex business process challenges

Qualifications

• Deep technical systems knowledge across ecommerce platforms and ERP/ OMS ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex integrations.
• Experience optimizing order, inventory, fulfillment and financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, performance, and optimization of the tech ecosystem powering direct-to-consumer operations.

This leader owns the health and scalability of the business systems infrastructure connecting Shopify, Celigo, NetSuite, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and other critical operational platforms. This role serves as the primary business owner and product manager for cross-functional systems integrations, ensuring seamless order, inventory, fulfillment, and financial workflows across the organization.
