Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Director/Sr. Director/Executive Director, TS/MS - Dry Products Network to provide technical leadership for dry solid drug product manufacturing from development through commercial production in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, and/or PhD in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related science.
• Minimum 18+ years of direct experience in Oral Solid Dose Form Manufacturing and Development/Commercialization.
• At least 5 years of commercial manufacturing support for oral solid dose forms after validation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manufacturing TS/MS representative to commercialize dry oral solid drug products across Development, CM&C, and Manufacturing sites.
• Leverage prior commercial manufacturing and development experience to anticipate challenges and implement product control strategies.
• Ensure experiments are well designed using first principles to improve robustness and reduce variability across sites.
