Job summary

Quotient Therapeutics in Cambridge, MA, seeks an experienced drug development program leader to translate scientific strategy into integrated development plans and drive flawless execution of the early pipeline. You will oversee planning, dashboards, budgets, CRO oversight, and risk management across discovery to development, reporting to the Chief Development Officer.

UK/US site flexibility is available. The role requires 5–10 years in drug development, strong PM skills, and familiarity with AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of drug development experience in a matrix, cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of drug discovery, clinical development, and regulatory strategy.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and AI/knowledge management tech.

Responsibilities

• Translate development strategy into integrated, detailed project plans across functions.
• Schedule and run project team meetings; track decisions and actions.
• Create governance-ready dashboards and logs for executive reviews.
• Coordinate budgets and resource needs with Finance and external partners.
• Establish risk and issue management processes; monitor dependencies.
