Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead Domain Delivery for strategic SaaS initiatives. You will partner with Engineering AEs to mature platforms, govern delivery standards, and centralize risk tracking across a portfolio of systems.

You will leverage analytics to drive decisions, manage domain capacity, and influence senior stakeholders while aligning with enterprise roadmaps and governance. This role emphasizes leadership, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 9+ years of technical program management or project management experience.
• 3+ years of technology strategy experience.
• MBA or CS Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of process, project, or program management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Domain Reviews and drive tech strategy for the Domain Delivery Lead (DDL) function.
• Oversee asset development, inventory strategy, and solution roadmaps for the domain.
• Promote tower operations, health monitoring, and data-driven optimization across the portfolio.
