• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Summary

Chartwells at Michigan Technological University is seeking a Director of Dining Services for a Student Dining Hall in beautiful Houghton, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dining operation at a nationally recognized university known for its strong STEM programs, culinary innovative, and welcoming community.

In this role, you will advise and provide hands‑on support in the day‑to‑day operations and financial success of one or more foodservice locations on the campus. This includes adhering to contract guidelines, the Health Department’s regulations, company standards, and expectations of food quality, freshness, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
