Ria Money Transfer is seeking a senior leader to own the wallet and cross-border payments go-to-market in the United States. You will lead P&L, pricing, lifecycle programs, and partner deals across stores, agents and digital channels.
You will build a high-performing team, drive commercialization from pilot to scale, and align Product, Marketing, Risk and Compliance to deliver a unified plan for growth.
Ria opens ways for a better everyday life. With presence in over 190 countries and more than 500,000 locations worldwide, Ria is now the largest real-time cross-border money movement network in the world. We are dedicated to helping millions of people send money where it matters. Whether it's to loved ones at home or anywhere around the world, we know our customers deserve more than just a fair price—they deserve empathy, hope, and ultimately, respect.
We are Ria Money Transfer. A subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT), Ria is a leading expert in cross-border payments, delivering innovative financial services that bridge the gap between digital and physical spaces. Ria’s omnichannel products and services provide unprecedented consumer choice, including real-time payments, mobile wallets, currency exchange, home delivery, and cardless ATM payouts. Ria’s global infrastructure, powered by the Dandelion real-time, cross-border payments network, facilitates financial access for customers, agents and partners alike by creating new market opportunities and promoting economic growth around the world.
Ria is launching the Ria Wallet and debit card in the United States. The wallet is a stored-value account that customers can open and fund at a Ria store, at an agent location or in the app. The product is built. We need someone to turn it into a business.
You’ll own the wallet and card P&L and the commercial plan in the US, with expansion across North America to follow. You’ll take the program from the Ria store pilot through agent waves to national scale, across our physical and digital channels, and add top-up, bill pay and consumer credit along the way. You’ll lead a small team of your own and work through teams you don’t manage, including Product, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Risk, CARE and our store, agent and inside sales teams. Much of the job is getting those teams to deliver one plan. Our customers are largely underserved or unserved by banks, and many now pay a 1% federal excise tax on cash-funded transfers. Beyond cost, the lack of electronic payment methods and other financial services keeps them out of much of the digital economy and the opportunities that come with it.
The impact we expect:
If you're a results-driven field sales professional who thrives on building relationships and creating growth opportunities, we’d love to hear from you. You'll be part of a fast-moving team where your contributions directly impact growth. We invest in our people with tools, mentorship, and opportunities to level up fast-whether that's moving into closing roles or leadership paths. You'll also play a key role in shaping how we go to market in the competitive payments space, using real insights and industry benchmarks to stay ahead of the curve. Ria Money Transfer offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
