Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks a Director, Product Owner (DPO) to lead the Digital Online Sales Product Owner team within Direct Distribution. You will drive strategy, roadmaps, and measurable growth to simplify and personalize the online quoting and purchasing journey for customers.

You will partner with stakeholders across product, technology, and operations to deliver secure, high-impact digital experiences while mentoring Product Owners and maintaining strong governance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; 10+ years in product development, business, marketing, technology or consulting.

• Translate business strategy into product outcomes with roadmaps, OKRs and cross-functional alignment.
• Advance the digital shopping experience from quoting to purchasing with a frictionless path.
• Shape and manage product roadmaps across digital focus areas and future capabilities.
• Establish operating rhythms to provide backlog transparency and alignment.
• Drive experimentation using customer insights and data to scale meaningful improvements.
• Support product innovation, risk management, and secure online shopping experiences.
• Lead through ambiguity with clarity and prioritization amid dependencies.
• Develop domain expertise in digital sales performance and insurance landscape.
• Lead, coach and develop Product Owners to deliver customer and business outcomes.
