Position Summary

We are seeking an innovative and highly knowledgeable Director of Digital Product Management to join our dynamic team at Scientific Games. As the Director of Digital Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital product roadmap across multiple product lines, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for our customers. You will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in the digital product space to drive innovation, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of product managers around the world supporting iLottery, Loyalty, and Game Aggregation.
  • Have a domestic and international understanding of digital product teams, working across both product and technology to deliver exceptional results.
  • Balance prioritization of product features across the globe, taking in to account all internal and external (customer) inputs.
  • Oversee PDLC, assisting product management team from ideation to product feature launch.
  • Ensure product success, enabling teams to appropriately measure product performance.
  • Communicate progress against execution of various roadmaps to c-suite stakeholders.
  • Be in tune with the fast-paced Lottery and gaming space, along with the players that interact with it.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with major course work in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within digital product management.
  • 3+ years leadership experience, with proven record of team growth.
  • Experience in negotiating payment terms and fees with vendors.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting new technologies and product features in the digital world.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the iGaming /real money gaming space.
  • Knowledge of retail/lottery operations is helpful, but not required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn conceptual feature/functionality into strategic actions.
  • Experience with project management methodologies like Agile/Scrum is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Internal/external presentation skills a must.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong starter who can quickly get up to speed on new markets and products.
  • Strong affinity for understanding target audience needs and buyer priorities.
  • A strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results oriented environment.
  • Travel requirements will be minimal, but global at times.

Qualifications
