Job summary

Incyte is seeking a leader to drive digital performance analytics and media strategy for Hematology/Oncology and Inflammation & Autoimmunity. You will develop enterprise measurement, KPIs, and advanced analytics to optimize data-driven customer engagement.

The role requires 10+ years in digital marketing analytics within pharma/healthcare, strong leadership, and collaboration across marketing, IT, and BI teams. Hybrid or remote work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, or a related field.
• 10+ years in digital marketing, performance analytics, or media optimization, preferably within pharma/healthcare.
• Expertise with digital measurement methodologies and analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Datorama).
• Strong understanding of HCP and DTC digital engagement channels.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide measurement frameworks, KPIs, and advanced analytics (attribution, MMM, journey, predictive modeling).
• Craft omnichannel media strategies aligned with therapeutic and commercial objectives.
• Oversee campaign performance optimization and insights generation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, BI, medical, IT, agency partners, and stakeholders to ensure data quality, transparency, and strategic impact.
