We are seeking an accomplished, strategic, and inspiring Marketing Director to lead our North American marketing programs, with key experience in digital marketing. This role will oversee the planning, creation, and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives, driving digital campaigns, nurturing B2B and channel partner communities, and ensuring alignment with global strategies.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, with deep expertise in digital marketing operations, content strategy, customer engagement, and team empowerment. You will have managed agencies and stakeholders and worked cross-functionally to deliver measurable business growth, with specific attention to attribution and marketing KPIs. You will also play a critical role in shaping the future of our marketing ecosystem, contributing to new methodologies and innovative approaches where formal playbooks do not yet exist.

As our Director of Digital Marketing, you'll support HID's success by:

  • Owning the development and execution of North American marketing strategies that align with global objectives and drive market impact.
  • Creating and leading integrated marketing programs leveraging all marketing channels, ensuring clear messaging, competitive positioning, and audience resonance.
  • Overseeing marketing operations, including campaign planning, resource allocation, agency management, creative development, and performance measurement.
  • Developing best practice digital communication strategies to engage B2B customers and channel partners, demonstrating ROI.
  • Delivering digital optimization across PPC, SEO, SEM, and digital platforms.
  • Spearheading CRM strategy integration and marketing automation adoption.
  • Building strong relations with digital and central functions to enhance PACs NAM marketing, including developing customer data and its value.
  • Sharing your expertise to improve team insights into marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyzing customer insights and market trends to refine strategies.
  • Presenting plans and performance updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with sales to align marketing and revenue goals.
  • Managing external agencies and budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Championing internal culture, team energy, and engagement.

Your Experience and Background include:

  • 10+ years in senior marketing roles with leadership in complex environments.
  • Success in full-spectrum marketing from strategy to measurement.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, audience profiling, and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (SFDC, Marketo, 6Sense) and analytics.
  • Experience with B2B and channel community building.
  • Proven team management and development skills.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Executive presence and stakeholder influence.
  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation and learning.
  • Experience in security or related industries is beneficial but not essential.
