Director, Digital Marketing Data & Analytics (Finance)

Chubb is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing Data & Analytics to lead our data-driven marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape data integration, activation, and insights, supporting Chubb's transformation into a data-driven organization. You will leverage data to optimize campaigns, drive revenue, and enhance customer engagement across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C sectors. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing for North America, you will be part of a team focused on building a cutting-edge data-driven marketing practice. The role is based in New York, NY, or Jersey City, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Act as the main contact for data analysis and reporting across North American marketing teams.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, IT, engineering, product teams, and external partners to develop a strategic marketing data roadmap.
    • Lead efforts to integrate data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and governance.
    • Oversee the creation and presentation of KPI reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Data Strategy & Execution:
    • Define success metrics and KPIs, manage paid media budgets, and oversee reporting.
    • Implement data-driven strategies for prospecting, analytics, and sales growth.
    • Lead Data and Engineering teams to structure data for reporting, dashboards, and visualizations.
    • Create real-time dashboards using tools like Qlik, Power BI, and Google Looker Studio.
  • Advanced Analytics & Insights:
    • Perform predictive modeling and segmentation analysis to identify high-value leads.
    • Use Google Analytics and other platforms for behavioral insights.
    • Recommend strategies to optimize marketing ROI and customer engagement.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage data projects such as onboarding agencies, webpage redesigns, and automation initiatives.
    • Establish automated workflows and optimize data pipelines.
    • Ensure reporting tools can segment results by agency distribution.

Qualifications: 5+ years in digital marketing analytics or related fields.
