Job summary

Mars Snacking North America seeks a Director of Digital Finance to define and drive the NA Finance digital roadmap across commercial, supply, and corporate domains. The role partners with Finance Leadership to enable better decision-making and stronger financial control for a ~$15B business.

Responsibilities include leading the NA Finance PMO, driving standardization, automation, and value realization, and collaborating with FP&A, IBP, and Controllership to translate business needs into scalable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Transformation, digital enablement, or enterprise program leadership.
Experience leading large, complex transformation initiatives within a global, matrixed organization, preferably in CPG or FMCG.
Strong understanding of FP&A, IBP, Record-to-Report, and commercial finance processes.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the North America Finance digital transformation roadmap with Global Finance Digital, Enterprise Technology, and Data teams.
Collaborate with finance sub-functions to identify opportunities to enhance digital capabilities and automation.
Lead the Finance transformation PMO for North America including governance, delivery discipline, risk management, and benefits realization tracking.
Lead the "Command Center" innovation lab to pilot technologies and scale finance decision-support solutions.
