Job summary

Success Education Colleges seeks a Program Director to oversee the Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) program in Riverside, CA. You will supervise instruction for quality and accreditation compliance, ensuring high student certification exam pass and placement rates. Reports to Campus Director and Corporate Director of Academic Operations.

You will evaluate instructors, teach DMS classes, support students, and coordinate curriculum and resources to maintain program excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
• Must possess a current ARDMS Sonography Certification.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop faculty.
• Ability to teach from a standardized curriculum.
• Strong communication and customer-focused skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate instructor performance with campus leadership and provide feedback.
• Teach DMS classes as assigned and model professional standards.
• Advise students on grades, attendance and behavior.
• Ensure quality assurance of DMS programs; monitor accreditation standards.
• Maintain compliance with ACCSC standards and state/federal regulations.
• Oversee curriculum development, textbooks, and instructional resources.
• Coordinate orientation for new DMS students and interview applicants.
