Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources, LLC is seeking a Director of Development Strategy to lead strategic projects, reporting analytics, and collaboration on NEER Development’s annual strategy. This on-site role reports to the Executive Director and partners with regional leaders to drive growth and value across the development portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience with strong leadership, communication, and financial analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing thought leadership and execution support on client assignments to craft strategy and then refocus an organization on making that strategy a reality.
• Consulting with clients to identify, clarify, and solve problems critical to clients' strategic and operating success by developing insight, conducting independent analysis, and working with clients to assure assignment progress.
• Developing conclusions and recommendations, writing reports, assisting in client presentations and providing implementation assistance as required.
• Presenting to senior executives Constructing the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment, and leading the problem solving associated
• Conducting both client and market development to grow the business
• Performs other job‑related duties as assigned
