Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years in derivative or liquid alts middle/back office operations.
• Advanced knowledge of the alternative fund industry or hedge fund products.
• Detailed derivative instrument knowledge (cleared/OTC swaps, options, futures).

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine product strategy and roadmap for derivatives and collateral capabilities.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized backlog with clear requirements and business value.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, resilient derivative solutions.
• Support product implementations including rollout planning and operations readiness.
• Act as voice of the customer to align technology with business needs.
• Balance trade-offs between partners, cost, and time-to-market.
• Measure product performance using established metrics.
