The Role

As the Director, Demand Generation, you will own the full demand engine—strategy through execution—across digital, events, and partner channels. You start with one direct report (Field Marketing Manager) and agency support. Until we grow the team, you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to build campaigns and generate pipeline yourself.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and execute a data‑driven demand generation roadmap tied to ARR goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Events Marketing Manager; hire and onboard future team members as we scale
  • Design integrated campaigns that combine paid media, webinars, email, field events, and ABM
  • Stand‑up and scale an account‑based marketing (ABM) program that aligns marketing and sales on target accounts
  • Partner with product marketing, brand, content and sales to drive pipeline creation and conversion
  • Work with Marketing Operations to leverage our marketing automation and CRM stack (HubSpot) and ensure clean attribution across the buyer journey
  • Measure everything. Report weekly on funnel health, pipeline, and ROI. Iterate fast
  • Optimize budget allocation to hit pipeline targets within spend guardrails
  • Launch experiments to uncover new channels and growth levers

What We Expect From You:

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation with proven pipeline impact
  • 2+ years managing marketers and agencies
  • Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot CRM, digital advertising platforms and ABM tools
  • Track record of running integrated campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills; you live in the data and act on insights
  • Copywriting chops and an eye for creative that converts
  • Bias for action, low ego, and a builder mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience marketing AI or CX technology
  • Familiarity with AI GTM tools like Clay
  • Startup or high‑growth scale‑up background
  • Familiarity with outcome‑based pricing models
