Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior Operations leader to oversee inventory management and demand planning across the distribution network, with a focus on vaccine operations and customer fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Lead Operations activities to create/enhance inventory management solutions with targeted organizations.
• Lead planning, preparation, and implementation aligned to Commercial Operations objectives (pre-respiratory season planning, testing, order optimization).
• Partner with immunization partners/customers to identify, design, and implement novel vaccine operations processes.
• Coordinate customer delivery projects (inventory management, returns processing, and HS supply chain tool integrations such as GHX).
• Coordinate operations across distribution partners (delivery forecasts, customer needs, resource utilization).
• Implement Business Operations Plan components (ordering, customer/product allocations, shipping across Sanofi and VaxServe).
• Conduct market research to find short/long-term opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Lead development and implementation of order fulfillment solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Serve as information resource on the order fulfillment process; champion cross-functional communication.
• Define and maintain service/demand metrics and a delivery scorecard (forecasts, buffers).
• Act as liaison to VaxServe/Distribution and Sales teams.

• Experience with order fulfillment, product allocation, inventory management, and distribution.
• Working knowledge of EDI; SAP proficiency; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vaccines/pharma/biologics/healthcare experience.
• Experience with health systems/GPOs/distributors and integrated delivery networks.
• Experience implementing customer supply chain integrations and digital solutions; large-scale transformations/continuous improvement.
