Guidehouse is seeking Associate Director-level professionals to lead defense and security internal controls and business process transformation for DoD clients. You will guide risk assessments, design control frameworks, and oversee remediation and audit readiness programs across complex financial and operations environments.

You will mentor staff, manage multi-workstream engagements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, compliant solutions leveraging analytics,

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of experience in financial management, accounting, audit, internal controls, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading teams and interacting directly with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD SECRET clearance; active SECRET preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex client engagements focused on financial management transformation, internal controls, audit readiness, fraud risk management, and business process improvement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, facilitating discussions on governance, risk, and financial stewardship.
• Design and implement internal control frameworks; oversee process documentation and control modernization.
• Direct teams performing audit readiness, remediation, testing, and compliance activities across financial and operational processes.
• Support business development, capture, proposal development, pricing, and client relationship expansion.
