Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience focusing on technical accounting and debt reporting.
• Public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own all accounting related to debt instruments and credit agreement compliance.
• Lead technical accounting for complex areas including debt and business combinations.
• Drive standardization and documentation of technical accounting policies.
